Pirates place Hansen on DL with neck spasms

<div id="subtitle">Pittsburgh Pirates place RHP Craig Hansen on disabled list with neck spasms</div><div><p>The Pittsburgh Pirates placed reliever Craig Hansen on the 15-day disabled list Saturday and recalled right-hander Evan Meek from Triple-A Indianapolis before their game against the San Diego Padres.</p><p>Hansen has been bothered by neck spasms. He has no record and a 5.68 ERA in five games with the Pirates. The move is retroactive to Monday.</p><p>Meek had no record and a 1.04 ERA in 8 2-3 innings of relief with Indianapolis.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=48685217&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
